Stephen Ogaga flew solo as Tampa Bay Fashion Week's only male designer to present this year. I'd heard there was going to be leather. I was intrigued. And when his collection showed up on the runway, I was excited to see refined street style in black, red and white leather (le sigh) with diagonal details and gold zippers. Tsssssss.
